Specifications Per Product

Banners

Create and send file at full product size + 1/4" (0.25") bleed.

Notes:

Sewn Hem: For banners that will have sewn hems we recommend leaving text and important images 1.5” from top, bottom, and both sides. Text located within 1.5” of top, bottom, and sides may be stitched through. Background images should extend to edge of artwork on all sides.

Pole Pockets: For banners that will have pole pockets (sewn or taped) please follow the chart below. Be sure to leave text and important images the correct distance from the edge of banner (either top and bottom, or top only) - depending on location and size of pole pockets.

Fold Up Displays

Create and send file at full product size + 1/4" (0.25") bleed.

Retractable / Roll Up Displays

Create and send file at full product size + 1/4" (0.25") bleed.

Posters

Create and send file at full product size + 1/8" (0.125") bleed. See Example Layout at bottom of this page for details.

Note: Text and important images should be placed at least 1/16" (0.0625") inside cut line. Text and important images placed less than 1/16" (0.0625") from cut line may be cut off.
